 oil separators for water base detergents

 

OILNET® separators are coalescers which attract and separate by gravity the small droplets in suspension in the liquid. The system gives the maximum of efficiency with nothing else than the activation, by means of oleophilic elements, of the physical-chemical principle on which is based: the coalescing action.

 

Produced in several models, the range of oil separators OILNET® covers all the possible applications: connected to a washer or full independent to be used wherever is necessary. The volumetric capacity of separation varies from 8 till 30 l/min by model, with separation efficiency of 97% or more, also with non stable emulsions.

The OILNET® is different from the common "oil skimmers", disc or belt type, removing the oil already separated and floating on the surface. It withdraws water and oil, separates them and returns the oil-free water, while the oil is retained or collected in a separate container.

Basic models have manual start/stop controls and are suitable to discontinued applications depending on the operator's willingness.

Automatic models "OILNET®-auto" are interfaced with the cleaning cycle of the washer for continuous use, equipped also with autofill to compensate the consumption of water from the washer.

OILNET®-mobile is completely autonomous and independent. It runs in continuous and in any operating condition. The only connections required are the (compressed) air supply, the probe to withdraw "oil & water" and the tube to return the water. No electric connection is required, only pneumatic. Simple, efficient, silent, it fit also applications not strictly related to the use with washers.
